Both memberships offer community, support, and truth-filled guidance. The difference is in how you

These two pathways simply give you the freedom to choose the setting that helps you thrive best.
One offers ongoing, structured support and learning, while the other brings connection and growth to life through shared movement and meaningful conversation outdoors.
Unstoppable Group Membership
(3-month)

A growing hub of resources and videos available anytime at your fingertips.
● Unstoppable Group Sessions
Join live 60-minute online sessions twice a month to reflect, learn, and celebrate progress together.

Practice, explore, and build confidence in your health choices within a supportive community.
● Weekly Email Guidance
Gentle encouragement and reminders to keep you aligned between live sessions.

Receive M–F bite-sized videos plus full library access for daily encouragement and practical insight.

A one-on-one session with Karen to pause, reflect, and stay aligned with your values and goals while
gaining clarity and confidence for the journey you’re creating.

moving your body, and connecting
with women who truly get it?
This membership brings growth and connection to life through shared movement and
meaningful conversation outdoors.
You’ll experience:
Fresh air, steps, and meaningful conversation with women like you.
● Movement — monthly walk in nature (2–4 miles, easy to moderate)
● Guided Reflection — explore a thriving monthly topic woven into the walk
● Community Connection — share meaningful conversations while walking side by side
● Life in Action Activities — fun ways to apply what you learn between walks
● Weekly Reach-Out texts — ongoing encouragement to keep the topic alive and moving forward together.
