Hoffman Wellness Group does not accept HSA or FSA cards directly. Payment is made upfront, and clients may then submit expenses for possible reimbursement through their HSA or FSA administrator.
In some cases, reimbursement may be available with a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed healthcare provider.
